The defective goods should be sent to the address: P.P.H. Więcpol Adam Więcek Stobierna 405, 36-002 Jasionka.

Regarding the defect, you can demand:

- Replacement of the item with a defect-free one,

- Repair of the defect,

- or make a statement about:

– Price reduction,

– Withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a significant defect.

We are responsible for defects found within two years from the date of handing over the item.

As a rule, you can report a claim within a year of noticing the defect, but the time for submitting a claim cannot end before the seller's liability period expires.

We will review your claim (respond to it) within 14 days from the date of receiving your claim notification.
