Purpose of Data Collection

the right to request restriction of personal data processing,

To ensure that the customer contacts the Controller and the person authorized to submit the request, the Controller may request additional information to effectively authenticate and identify the customer.

Right to Withdraw Consent

To the extent that data is processed based on consent, this consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal to the postal address or our email address.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority

Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
