Withdrawal from the Agreement

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, for example, via an email sent to: contact@wood-slats.com

Please return the returned item to us immediately at the address: Stobierna 405, 36-002 Jasionka, no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the agreement.

You can withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days.

The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins:

for contracts in which we transfer the ownership of an item - from the moment you take possession of the item or have it taken over by a third party other than the carrier,

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

We will refund the payments made by you promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the agreement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

When sending the goods back to our company, prepare and secure the package properly. You can return the goods in the packaging in which you received the shipment, attach the return form, or inform us about the return via telephone or email.

In the case of returning the goods, send the package with registered mail. This can be done through a courier company or as a registered package. The sender covers the cost of the return shipping. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to consumers, among others, in relation to contracts:

where the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs, products cut to the customer's specifications.

where the subject of performance is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery,
